The staff at this store are extremely rude and unwilling to help customers in need. We needed some parts for a cleaner that is not widely used anymore. The staff assured us that they could order these parts and they would be shipped and at the store for pick up in 2 weeks. Over $200 dollars were paid to them upfront to complete the order. Over a month later the order is finally in and they have ordered the wrong parts. They insist that their book said they were right so will not remedy the situation and refuse to give our money back and only offer store credit. Beware of these scam artists!
