If you and your family are thinking about purchasing a pool from Gary's Pool &Patio in San Antonio or Corpus Christi PLEASE THINK TWICE ABOUT IT and do your research diligently. Research the IRS website issue, Troubleshooter website, Nueces County Sheriff Dept. website and the Bexar County Sheriff Dept. website. Don't bother with BBB they do not give you a true picture of serious issues. We purchased a pool in 2013 from Gary's Pool & Patio and it was the biggest mistake we ever made. (Both senior citizens) The pool was defective from the get go (cracked pool) and Gary was full of promises to make it amendable to us. (Never did) His so call warranty is worthless. We called several times to get the pool fixes and each time they had an excuse why they could not come. I warn you all BUYER'S BEWARE WHEN YOU DEAL WITH GARY.
