this has been the worst exoerience of my life! I wished i would have checked with the BBB before hiring them. They have over 75 complaints! They took my money and never completed the job! Lies Lies Lies is right. Neil Rubin is a theif! He never returned phone call, he was always out of town, the best excuse was out of the country. Too much of a coward to call back himself, instead he has one of him non-English speaking workers call. They need to be shut down! I can't believe they are still in business. Shaq should know what type of company he is representing! It's interesting to see the "positive" reviews. It makes you wonder who is writing them. Mike or Neil!

scumbags, through and through. i founded the company back in 88, we tried to do everything right. file complaints, youre not alone, shut them down!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Do not under any circumstances have anything to do with this company. Everything horrific that has been said about them on numerous blogs-Citysearch, Topix is true! This company should not be in business-I am totally perplexed as to why they are still allowed to be licensed. Please read my account as well as many others on the above blogs to understand the corruption and thievery of this organization with Neil Rubin and Mike Rubin as it's partners in crime.

promises, promises, promises. took my money over three weeks ago. after calling and calling, someone came out a week ago and dropped a pump in to drain the pool they were here 15 minutes. after another week of promise, two guys showed up to prep for sandblasting. they started to cut the plaster under the tile and did about 2 inches and said they needed to get a new blade for the saw and would be back to finish and sandblast tomorrow, (today). If they show up today i would be surprised. I am not chasing them anymore. It's time to write a letter of complaint to the Department of professional regulation, State attorney.s office, palm beach count consumer's affair devision, and Senator Bill Nelson to address the issue of consumer fraud in the swimming pool industry. I will also make a you tube video to go along with the one atlantic marcite has with the owner of atlantic marcite, Neil Rubin.s personal pool

We have been victims of a fraud. Atlantic Marcite is not a legitimate business but a bunch of common thieves. We gave them a $400 deposit when we have signed a contract with Michael, supposedly one of many owners. They cashed the check and never fulfilled a contract to resurface our pool. We are likely filing a lawsuit plus charges with BBB and local government agencies. It is simply stunning that a fraudulent company like this still holds a license.
By contract Atlantic Marcite was to start resurfacing our pool during the week of June 22nd. Two weeks later two kids in “Atlantic Marcite” shirts came, supposedly to prepare the pool for diamondbright. At that point pool was waiting draining for 2 weeks and already became green from the algae. They started by acid washing concrete blocks in my backyard instead of coping, opened a filter to check condition and broke the ring seal, poured solution of muriatic acid into the pool, and left with an excuse that their pump is not working. They assured us that they are going to buy a new pump and drain our pool if not by the end of the day, by latest tomorrow morning. We have never seen them again. We called again and argued that we will file against their company if they do not fulfill the contract; we were assured that they are coming tomorrow, rain or shine. No one came and we never heard from them again. On top of $400 they stole we have spent about $200 for filter parts and chemicals in order to try to revive pool. 3 weeks later our pool is still foggy. Go to Better Business Bureau and see for yourself, rated D-, I whish we just checked before we fell for a virtuous salesman pitch. Doing business with them was a classic fraud case.
